If you have a warrant/capias and are transferring your case for a trial, you MUST pay the $30.00 warrant fee before we will transfer your case. There are no exceptions.
Payments and Payment Arrangements:
Full payment is expected at the time of your plea. If you are unable to pay the entire amount in full, the court is willing to make payment arrangements with you. Arrangements cannot be made unless you are prepared to make a down payment on your fine. Once you make your down payment (usually $30-$100 depending on the total fine) we will break your fine up into monthly payments in an amount agreeable to both you and the court. This convenience is subject to a $30 fee.
